Authentic Renderings partners with small to medium sized businesses that typically already have a general idea for what their design will look like for any given customer, but there is a need for assistance with developing an accurate 3D rendering for those projects. 

First, the contractor will contact us either through the online form or via a phone call--

Second, we will discuss in detail the nature of the project via face-to-face (if possible, considering travel distance and scheduling) or via video phone calls. Once we get a good idea for the parameters of the project we will determine a price and set a date of completion for each project. 

Third, we will produce a 3D rendering of the outdoor space that can be shown to the homeowner.

Fourth, we will send over the file containing the rendering via Google Drive under a shared folder that will become accessible once payment for the rendering has cleared.

Obviously, each project has it's own uniqueness and we will do our very best to determine an accurate due date for each project. The majority of projects will be completed within 72 hours. 

Any tablet or smart phone that has internet access should be able to download and access the file sent from us. We recommend a device larger than a cell phone for viewing due to the limited screen size offered by most cell phones, but it is certainly not a requirement.

No problem. As long as you have a valid email address you should be able to access any file we send after the link delivered to your inbox has been opened.

Prices vary depending on the size of the property, the amount of plant material that will be used, and a few other factors. Projects are typically categorized as "small" (.5 acres or less), "medium" (.5 acres up to 1.5 acres), or "large" (anything over 1.5 acres) and will typically fall into a price range of between $650-1500+ (depending on the level of detail needed for larger projects). All prices will be agreed upon prior to beginning any project.
